摘要
目的:通过对近6年来国内中医治疗多发性抽动秽语综合征文献归类分析,总结中医治疗多发性抽动秽语综合征的理、法、方、药特点。资料来源:应用重庆维普信息数据库http://202.121.241.32,检索近6年来国内医学期刊,检索词:多发性抽动-秽语综合征,抽动症,秽语症,并以上述检索词检索相关资料。资料选择:选择中医临床治疗多动秽语综合征以及从中医理论阐述该病病因、病机的相关文献共75篇,排除临床的个案报道及临床资料不全的文献,保留期刊文献29篇和1本专著。资料提练:在30篇文献中,剔除相同专家的临床经验报道文献,并对文献进行分类整理,27篇被选为参考文献,其中有1条来自于专著。资料综合:多发性抽动-秽语综合征的病机根于脾、肾、肝、胃,症见于肝、心、肺、诸窍,多因脾肾不足,痰浊内生,肝肾失调,水不涵木,虚风内扰。治疗则以熄风化痰、开窍安神为主。许多临床医家通过大量临床观察,根据自己的临床经验,多将此病的发病归纳为某一典型的证型,并在此基础上随证加减治疗,多能获得较为理想的临床疗效。结论:近年来,大量中医临床医家对多发性抽动-秽语综合征进行临床实践研究,从病因、病机、治疗及预后等各方面进行探讨,获得了中医对该病较为全面的认识。
OBJECTIVE：To summarize the characteristics of the pathological,therapeutic,prescriptive, remedy characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Tourette syndrome by sorting and analyzing the domestic literatures about Tourette syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent 6 years.DATA SOURCES：The domestic medical journals is recent 6 years were searched in Chongqing Vip Information database （http：//202.121.241.32） by using the keywords of “Tourette syndrome, transient tic disorder, coprolalia”, relevant data were also searched with the above keywords.STUDY SELECTION：Seventy-five literatures about the clinical treatment of Tourette syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine,and its etiological factors and pathogenesis of it explained in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and the clinical case report and literature with incomplete clinical data were excluded,then 29 literatures in journals and 1 professional work were reserved.DATA EXTRACTION：Among the 30 literatures, clinical experience reports from the same specialists were excluded, and then the rest literatures were classified and sorted,27 served as references,and 1 of them was from the professional work.DATA SYNTHESlS：The pathogenesis of Tourette syndrome rooted from spleen, kidney,liver and stomach,the symptoms could be observed in liver,heart,lung and many holes,most of the reasons were deficiency of spleen and kidney, stagnation of phlegm in the interlor,imbalance of liver and kidney,water failing to nourish wood, stirring-up of endopathic wind of deficiency type.The main treatments were calming the endopathic wind and resolving phlegm, inducing resuscitation and tranquilization.Many clinical physicians attributed the attack of Tourette syndrome to a certain classical type of syndrome according to plenty of clinical observation and their own clinical experience, on this basis,the treatment was added or reduced along with the syndromes,and most of them could obtain satisfactory clinical effects.CONCLUSION：Recently, lots of traditional Chinese physicians has investigated the etiological factors,pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis of Tourette syndrome in clinical practice,and they obtain the comprehensive understanding to Tourettee syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.
