摘要
目的:观察盆腔理疗联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法:治疗组采用理疗联合中药保留灌肠治疗。对照组单纯给予中药保留灌肠治疗。结果:治疗组的痊愈率和有效率较对照组相比都有显著差异(P<0·05)。结论:盆腔理疗联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,并且操作简单、方便、经济、无痛苦、无副作用、病人易接受,值得推广应用。
Objective ： To observe the effect on treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with pelvic physiotherapy combined with retention-enema of Chinese herbs. Methods ： The treatment group was given phsiotherapy combined with retention-enema of chinese herbs. The control group only received retention-enema of Chinese herbs. Results ： There was a significant difference between the two groups. Curative and effective rate of the treatment group are higher. Conclusion： Pelvic physiotherapy combined with retention-enema of Chinese herbs in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation is effective, simple, economic and with no side-effects.
