摘要
我国企业绩效考评工作的有效性普遍较低,其具有的信息反馈、引导和激励等作用未能得到充分发挥,进而影响了企业战略目标的实现。导致企业绩效考评工作有效性差的一个重要原因就是绩效考评机制与企业战略的一致性不足。要提高绩效考评有效性进而促进企业战略的实现,要求企业建立以战略为导向的绩效考评机制,以激励和引导员工表现出企业战略所需的行为和结果。本文试图构建战略导向的绩效考评制度体系,并对其中必须解决好的几个问题进行了分析:科学选择绩效考评内容,合理选择绩效考评方法,有效利用考评信息资源等。
In China's enterprises, the efficiency in their performance appraisal is generally low. Such functions as information feedback, guidance and motivation, etc. have not been brought into full play, which further influences adversely the realization of corporate strategy. One of the important reasons for the low efficiency of performance appraisal is due to the lack of consistency between the performance appraisal system and the corporate strategy. To improve the efficiency in performance appraisal and then to promote the realization of corporate strategy, it is required to establish strategy-oriented system for enterprise performance appraisal so that the employees can be motivated and guided to behave in the right way of conduct and effect in line with corporate strategy. This paper tries to construct the strategy-oriented system for performance appraisal. It makes an analysis on several key questions that need solving: to select scientifically the content for performance appraisal,to choose rationally the method for performance appraisal,to utilize effectively the information resources from performance appraisal, etc.
