摘要
对新生儿各项生化指标进行研究,探讨其正常指数是十分重要的。为了探讨新生儿脐血生化值及与高危新生儿比较,我院采用 HITACHI7050自动分析仪,对47名正常新生儿,25名高危新生儿脐血进行了乳酸脱氢酶等21项生化指标测定,现报告如下。
We made an assay of LDH,GOT,GTP,ALP,CHE,CPK,AMY,LAP,r—GTP,TG,CHO, CA,IP,GLU,UA,CRE,BUE,BUN,BIL,T,AL—Band A/G of cord blood in 47 normal neonates and 25 hight risky ones with HITACHI7050 Artomatic biochemistry Analysor.The result showed that LDH,CPK,ALP,r—GTP,LAP and BIL in both normal and hight risky neonates were higher and AMY was lower than normal value of adult.AMY in male and fimale was significantly differ- ent (P<0.05),with no difference in others in male and fimale(P>0.05).Compared with normal neonates,LDH (P<0.01) GOT,GPT,TG(P<0.05) of those with hight risk were significantly higher.
