摘要
为了提高轴承安装过程中的可靠性,设计了兜孔带双锁点的新结构实体保持架。通过对轴承保持架双锁点兜孔加工工艺的研究,对其加工工艺的原理、特点、加工精度、工装设计及调整等方面进行了分析和介绍,给出了专用卡具的结构示意图,最后给出了加工结果数据。
In order to improve the reliability during the period of bearings gearing, a new construction of bearing solid cage with double locked pocket is designed. By studying the technology of double locked pocket of cage, we analyse and introduce the principle and properties, the working accuracy, equipment design and adjusting etc.. The proper structural drawing of special mould clamps has been provided. Finally, processing result data is given to illustrate the proposed design.
