单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病被引量：8

摘要目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM-1)联合丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)急性期的临床作用。方法将132例新生儿HIE期患儿随机分为两组,对照组只进行常规治疗,观察组加用GM-1与丹参治疗,根据临床症状、体征恢复的时间及2周时的行为神经评分(NBNA)作为评定疗效的标准。结果观察组的临床症状、体征改善,总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率为73.5%,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组NBNA评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论GM-1联合复方丹参治疗新生儿HIE有显著疗效,未发现明显的毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。
