摘要 目的探讨Prostasin在前列腺癌中的功能。方法运用RT-PCR方法检测人前列腺增生细胞株BPH-1,无转移能力前列腺癌细胞株LNCaP,及有转移能力的前列腺癌细胞株PC-3、DU-145中Prostasin基因表达情况。结果Prostasin基因在BPH-1和LNCaP中正常表达,在PC-3、DU-145中低表达。BPH-1中Prostasin的表达与DU-145和PC-3比较差异有显著性,同样LNCaP中Prostasin的表达与DU-145和PC-3比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.01)。BPH-1与LNCaP之间表达差异无显著性,DU-145和PC-3之间表达差异亦无显著性,(P>0.05)。结论Prostasin可能是前列腺癌的转移抑制剂。 Objective To explore the function of prostasin in prostate cancer. Methods RT-PCR analyses were used to examine the expression of prostasin in prostate cancer cell lines. Results Prostasin mRNA was found to be normal expressed in benign prostate hyperplasia cells line (BPH-1) and a non-invasive human prostate cancer cell line (LNCaP), but it was found to be lowly expressed in invasive human prostate cancer cell lines DU-145 and PC-3. The expressions of Prostasin mRNA in BPH- 1 and LNCaP are higher than those in DU-145 and PC-3. (P 〈 0.01), The difference of the expressions of Prostasin mRNA between BPH- 1 and LNCaP are not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Also the difference between DU-145 and PC-3 are not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Our data indicate that prostasin may be the suppressor of prostate cancer invasion.
