摘要
目的 探讨减轻泰索帝过敏反应可行性的输入方法。方法 对60 例卵巢恶性肿瘤化疗患者进行随机分组,对照组在5%葡萄糖溶液500 ml加入泰索帝120 mg;实验组分别在两瓶5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml中各加入泰索帝40 mg和80 mg,两组均经过预处理过敏反应后,在同样时间输完,观察两组不同输入方法所发生过敏反应的程度。结果 两组患者在使用化疗药物采用不同输入方法后所发生的过敏反应有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论 对实施PT化疗方案的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者,采用实验组方法输入泰索帝药物,大大地降低过敏反应的发生。
Objective To explore feasible injecting ways to relieve the incidence of hypersensitive reaction of Taxotere. Methods 60 patients of ovarian malignant tumor with chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly. 500ml 5% glucose solvent with 120rag Taxotere were injected into the Patients in control group while 250ml 5% glucose solvent with 40rag and 80rag Taxotere injected into the Patients in experiment group respectively. All patients were primed to avoid hypersensitive reaction and were injected Taxotere in same time. The different degrees of hypersensitivity reaction in two groups were studied. Results There were statistically different between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The patients of ovarian malignant tumor who were injected Taxotere in experimental group could be reduced the incidence of hypersensitivity reaction greatly.
