图像处理技术应用于纺织工业的最新动态 被引量:6

Recent development of imaging-processing techniques applied to textile industry

摘要 随着计算机技术的发展及其应用的不断推广,计算机技术越来越多地运用于纺织企业。尤其是近年来,数字图像处理技术越来越广泛地应用于纺织工业生产的各个环节。在产品、原材料的检测方面,该技术更具有传统技术所无法比拟的优越性。文章论述了数字图像处理技术在纺织工业中的研究应用情况及最新动态,并对其未来的发展方向作了简要的说明。 With the development of computer techniques, the applications become wilder and more and more computer techniques are applied in textile enterprise. Especially in late years, digital image-processing technology of computer is applied in textile industry far and wide, and in the inspection of product and raw material it has greater superiority than conventional methods. Most of conventional methods for the inspection in textile industry often take long time, bad robustness and inefficiency. Therefore, it is significant to apply up-to-the-minute digital image-processing technology of computer to develop some computer inspecting systems. By using the fast, exact and efficient characteristics of computer we can realize automatic,objective and quantificational inspection in the textile product and raw material. Conventional methods for the detection and testing of textile are often carried out by hand touch and eyeballing, biggish disturb of artificial factors and inaccurateness. By using digital image-processing technology, we can reduce the infection of subjective factors and objectively assess the surface and immanent quality. Today, by digital image-processing technology we can almost accomplish all these tasks from the inspection of raw material, semi-finished product, finished product to the inspection of woven fabric, knitted fabric and nonwoven fabric, and simulating quality control of product and so on. The paper mainly introduced the recent study and application of image-processing techniques in textile industry, and made a brief introduction of the coming development.
