摘要
本文着重讨论了如何由点阵字生成矢量字，再则矢量字生成曲线字，并简略介绍了一种实用的算法。
The peper mainly discusses how to bulid Vectorial Character-library from dots Character-library,and then build Curvilineat Character-library from Vectorisl Character-library. In the peper, an active algorithm is presented.
