摘要
本文研究了β-环糊精存在下的芳香酸的合成.该方法操作简便,产物分离容易,产率超过无β-环糊精时Cannizzaro反应所获得的产率.同时还研究了在相似条件下,用β-环糊精催化取代扁桃酸的合成.避免了使用氰氢酸.反应可一步完成.
Cannizzaro reaction in the presence of β -cyclodextrin ( β - CD ) was studied. The now procedure was simple. The products were ioslated easily. The yields exceeded those obtained from Cannizzaro reaction in the absence of β-CD. Moreover, under similar reaction condition the synthesis of the substituted mandelic acids in the catalysis of β -CD was studied. No hydrogen cyanide was used in the reaction which was completed in one-pot.
