摘要
取溶液培养的向日葵幼叶小块,制成石蜡切片,用细胞化学方法测定多糖、酸性粘多糖、中性多糖、蛋白质和色氨酸,同时观察缺钙细胞结构的影响.结果表明,严重缺钙能引起细胞壁扩张,细胞体积增大,甚至细胞结构破坏;也可造成叶绿体内多糖积累,蛋白质含量减少和色氨酸增多.色氨酸的增多可能暗示着钙与吲哚乙酸合成之间有某种关系。
Sunflower (Heliantkus animus L.)leaves used in this study were obtained from plants of solution culture, then prepared for paraffim section. Poiysaccharidcs, acid-mucopolysaccharides, neutral poiysaccharides, proteins and tryptophans were examined on cell structure have been observed with light micoscopy.The results showed that intensive Ca-deficicncy led to the expansion of cell wall, increses of eel! volume and finally, the breakdown of cell structure. On the other hand, accumulation of polysac-eharide in chloroplast, decrease of proteins and accumulation of tryprophan also resulted from Ca-lefi-ciency.Accumulation of tryptophan within cell after Ca-deficiency might predict certain relationship between Calcium and IAA synthesis.
