摘要
影响CIMS因素中70%与人的因素有关.本文从几个方面论述了人的资源是CIMS中最主要的资源;指出实施CIMS切忌全盘自动化,而应重视人在系统中的作用;强调了人应闭环在CIMS中,人是实现CIMS的关键.
It is about 70% to effect of The human element upon CIMS. In The paper,The view points is described round that manpower resource is also the greatest important for CIMS, and must gurad against implementing full automation,and devote much attention to activing of The human when planning or implementing CIMS.It should be stressed that the human must be closed in CIMS and human element is the key to implement CIMS.
