摘要
本文引用电磁学中等电位面的概念,推导出一个适合于木材纹理表现的体纹理函数,它能够较为真实地描绘自然界中木材纹理的特点。文中同时提出体纹理空间来定义体纹理函数,不仅使体纹理函数的描述更为简洁,而且将体纹理的绘制与普通纹理的绘制有机地统一起来。
This paper derives a solid texture functions of wood texture from the fundamentals of the equipotential plane. It describes the property of natural wood texture with reality. It also gives a new method to define the solid texture functions with 3D solid texture coordinates. It not only makes the description more simple, but also cornbines the solid texture rendering with the normal texture mapping.
