等弯曲疲劳强度设计的齿轮齿面硬度配对

THE PAIR OF HARDNESS ON GEAR TEETH SURFACE IN DESIGN ACCORDING TO EQUAL-BENDING FATIGUE STRENGTH

摘要 在一般齿轮传动设计中,为充分发挥材料的潜力,使设计的齿轮机构尺寸较为紧凑,达到等弯曲疲劳强度的目的,应使两齿面保持一定的硬度差△HB。现有资料仅提供△HB≥30~50。本文经分析计算,给出设计时考虑不同因素应取用的合理齿面硬度差值。 In course of design of general gear transmission, to make full use of the materials and to make the dimensions of the gear mechanisms more compact, it is necessary to consider equal-bending fatigue strength of gear and to maintain a certain hardness difference (ΔHB) between gear and pinion. Technical reference only provide a general range of ΔHB≥30-50. Based on analysis and calculations, however, this paper gives the values of the resonable hardness differences between gear-pinion surface and can be for reference in design.
