摘要
应用比色法对大鼠、家兔、蟾蜍三组动物肝组织核酸含量进行测定，发现肝组织核酸含量以蟾蜍最多，大鼠次之，家兔最少，ＲＮＡ／ＤＮＡ比值则以大鼠最大，家兔次之，蟾蜍最小。表明三组动物的进化程度与其肝组织核酸含量无相关性，与ＲＮＡ／ＤＮＡ比值有关。
Detecting the nucleic acid content in the liver tissues of rats、rabbits and toads by means of colorimetry,we found that among the nucleic acid content in liver tissues toads occupy the first place,rats come the second and rabbits the third.As for RNA/DNA ratio,rats come the first,rabbits the second,and the toads the third.The result shows that these animals evolution is not correlated with the nucleic acid content in the liver tissues,but corre latde with RNA/DNA ratio.
