摘要
连续３０ｄ给大白鼠投１０％沙棘油栓剂，各剂量试验组大白鼠在全身状况、血液生理、生化指标、主要脏器形态学等方面，与对照组比较，无异常变化。说明该药临床使用安全、可靠，对机体肝、肾等主要功能及主要脏器无不良影响。
A experiment on the guinea-pig with 10% suppository of hippophae oil lasts 30 days,indicating different dosage group have no abnormal changs,contrasting them with the comparing group in the morphology of bodily state blood physiol ogy,biochemical target and main organs.
