摘要
为解决目前电磁传感式焊缝自动跟踪系统中普遍存在的工件错边干扰、传感器导前误差以及点固焊道干扰等实际问题,探索了微机智能化控制技术,研究了错边干扰的有效剔除技术,研制了一种新型的组合式电磁传感器。发现了其偏移检测信号与错边检测信号之问的“双重串扰”规律,并以此为根据建立了分离提取当量偏移信号和当量错边信号的数学模型,为运用软件技术剔除工件错边干扰找到了一种新途径。
In order to reject the misedge disturbing information of workpiece effectively,the new component electromagnetic sensor is first developed. By measuring andanalysing the information of this sensor,'the double disturbing phenonenon' in the deflection information and the misedge information measured is discovered. Using mathematical analysis method, the equivalent deflection function is set up. In this function.the misedge disturbing information has been rejected successfully. This control algorithm is put in the memory of microcomputer, so that the pure deflection informationcan be obtained by means of the directive deflection winding information E1 and thedirective misedge winding information E2, thus providing the automatic seam tracking ina new way.
