摘要
为解决传统电源优化方法不能给出定性因素在决策影响中的量值和程度,首先应用模糊数学和层次分析法,对定性因素的定量化以及定量因素与定性因素的合理综合进行了研究,并给出了模糊优化模型;然后以一个实际工程为例,对火电电源布局方案模糊优化进行了全面分析计算。研究结果证明:笔者提出的优化方法对处理火电电源布局方案优化是可行的,是对传统电源优化方法的一个补充。
The traditional method of power source optimization can not give the quantity and degree of the qualitative factors in decision problem. For solving this problem the fuzzy , mathematics and hierarchy analysing method are used first,to investigate the quantifying of qualitative factor,and the rational synthesis of quantitative and qualitative factors,and the fuzzy optimization model is given. With example of a real project,the complete analysis and calculation for fuzzy optimisation of fossil power source arrangement plans are made. The investigation result proves that the optimization method proposed by the author is feasible to treal optimization of fossil power source arrangement plans and is a supplement to traditional method of power source optimization.
