由于化学镀镍层所具有的耐蚀性,耐磨性,可焊性、导电性及无磁性等特性,它常被工程技术人员选用。本文阐述了各种可最大限度地达到所需性能的商品镀液,列出了某些典型的特性值。
Electroless nickel coatings are selected by engineers for one or more of the specific deposit properties they provide. Among these are corrosion resistance, wear and abrasion resistance, solderability, cond- uctivity and non-magnetic characteristics. This paper will describe the various plating baths available which have been formulated to maximize the desired property and will illustrate typical property values.
