摘要
在GLEEBLE-1500热模拟试验机上对50CrV4钢热轧变形抗力进行了实验研究,分析了变形温度,变形速率和变形程度对变形抗力的影响,并按动态软化的热变形理论对变形抗力的变化规律进行了讨论,通过对实验数据的非线性回归分析,给出了拟合精度较高的变形抗力数学模型。
An experimental study about hot rollingdeformation resistance of 50CrV4 steel has been carriedout on the GLEEBLE-1500 hot simulation testing mach-ing.The influences of deformation temperature,rateand extent of deformation upon deformation resistancehave been analyZed and a discussion was carried out onthe varying law of deformation resestance according tothermodeformation theory of dynamic softening.Through the non-linear regression analysis upon the ex-perimental data a mathematical medel of deformation re-sistance with a comparatively high matching precisionhas been given out.
