摘要
对22座开发利用的人防工事和600名工作人员进行环境测式、健康检查和免疫功能测定。地下环境冬暖夏凉,但通风中的新风量不够,致使CO_2浓度略高、负离子浓度低,较多人主诉头痛、头昏、胸闷、疲倦、记忆力和工作效率下降。工作5年以上的人呼吸道疾病的发病率较高,关节痛、视力减退和神经衰弱的也较多。与500名地面对照组比较,在统计学上有显著意义(P<0.05)。对16种免疫指标检验,与地面组相比,地下环境中工作人员的IgG、C_3、r-干扰素、T淋巴细胞CD_2、唾液溶菌酶都较高,统计学上有显著意义(P<0.05),此与呼吸道感染有关。为保护工作人员健康、地下环境条件必须加以改进。
Environment factors were determined and 600 workers were investegated in 22 underground construction. 500 workers worked on aboverground were set in the control group. Morbidity of respiratory discase, arthralgia, vision decreasing and neurasthenia was higher in the underground group worked more than 5 years.The immunological indices IgG, C_3, r-IFN, CD_2, Saliva lysosome were also higher in the underground group (P<0.05). It was related to respiratory infection. Underground environment condition should be improved for protecting workers'health.
