摘要
研究磁场作用对固定化紫色非硫光合细菌(PSB)脱氢酶活力的影响,选出可产生最佳磁生物效应的磁场值,并证明磁场作用有一定累积效应,实验结果表明在最佳磁场作用下,最适温度为30-40℃,最适pH值为8,脱氢酶活力可提高30%左右,,有良好热稳定性和pH稳定性。在4℃冰箱保存45至210d,磁场对脱氢酶活力影响基本稳定,可保持提高20%。磁场对菌液中加某些金属离子(Fe ̄(2+)、Mn ̄(2+)Zn ̄(2+)也表现出良好磁生物效应,如加Fe ̄(2+)可提高脱氢酶活力40%左右。
Effect of magnetic fiele to dehydrogenase activity was studied by immoblized cell of purple nonsulfur photosynthetic and chose magnetic field value of optimum magnetic biologi-cal effect. The results showed that the optimum temperature for dehydrogenase is 37℃ andoptimum pH of dehydrogenase is 7-9 under condition of optimum magnetic field.The de-hydrogenase activity improved 30%and were thermal and pH stableness the effect of mag-netic field on PSB dehydrogenase activity remained constnat after 45-210 days of storage at4℃. The dehydrogenase activity improved 20%,The magnetic field appeared beneficial ef-fect of biology when some metal ions (Fe(2+), Zn ̄(2+))were added to the bacteria liquid.Thedehyrogenase activity improved 40%for add Fe ̄(2+).
