摘要
在基料中加入20%的铬渣和一定量的熔剂,控制成型压力、烧制各工序的参数及条件,在电炉、倒焰窑、隧道窑和辊底赛中烧样测试。选择不同熔剂的2种配方,烧成的彩釉玻化砖其Cr(VI)浸出量低于5mg/kg,理化性能完全符合国家标准GB11947-89要求。对六价铬在烧制中的解毒机理也进行了探讨。
Firing a glazed colored glass-brick from chromicslag was carried out as a high-level research onprocessing chromic slag harmlessly in ceramic industry. The e-cP6riment results show that theleaching amount of hexavalent chromium waslower than the national standard, with its physical and chemical properties conforming to therelative national standard requirements under theconditions of adding 20% chromic slag and a certain amount of fluxing agent into the base maternal, and controlling the shaping pressure, technological parameters and condition in the firingprocesses.
