低压溶气铁氧体法处理阳离子交换柱再生液 被引量:1

Treating the Regenerated Solution of Cation Column by Low Pressure Gas Dissolved Ferrite Method

摘要 本文采用废铁屑代替铁盐,与阳柱再生液中的酸反应以补充铁,再用加压溶气法增加氧的溶解度,提高氧化速率,产生Fe(OH)_3沉淀。最后通过加温脱水转化成FeO·Fe_2O_3铁氧体。其它重金属离子如Cu^(3+)、Zn^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Pb^(2+)等进入铁氧体晶格内而被封闭起来。由于采用铁屑代替铁盐,降低了处理费用,采用加压溶气法提高了效率,pH调节,加压溶气及加温脱水在一只容器内进行,并与压滤机直接连接,简化了操作,压缩了投资,减少了场地,便于推广应用。 Waste iron chips is used as a substitute for iron salt to react with the acid of action regener- ated solution to supply iron. By using pressurised gas dissolving method, the solubility of oxy- gen as well as the oxication rate would increase and Fe(OH)_3 form rapidly, which, through heat- ing and dewatering treatment, would finally invert into ferrite FeO. Fe_2O_3 and other heavy metal ions, such as Cu^(2+), Zn^(2+), Cr^(3+), Pb^(2+), all enter ferrite lattice and be enclosed. The cost is reduced due to the substitution of waste iron chips for iron salt and its efficiency increase by using the above method. The operation of pH adjusting, pressurising to dissolve gas, heating and dewatering are all carried out in the same container directly connected with a press filter, resulting in the operation simplified and both investment and space required greatly reduced.
