摘要
介绍了南化公司研究院开发的ＮＨＤ法脱硫脱碳净化技术。该技术具有高效、节能、吸收能力强、选择性好、流程简单、操作方便和无腐蚀性等优点，设备和溶剂均已国产化。经生产应用表明，与碳丙法相比具有更优异的净化性能和更显著的经济效益，可适用于高酸气含量的煤制气的净化和碳铵改尿素工程。
NHD process for gas purification developed by research institute of Nanjing chemical in-dustrial group and its commercial application in middle scale and small scale nitrogerious fertilizer plantsare introduced comprehensively in this paper.Shows clearly NHD’s characteristics:high on stream effi-ciency,energy saving,high solvent loadings,high selectivity,simple flow diagram and easy operation. Allthe equipments and solvent can be made domestically.In comparison to propylene carbonate process,NHD has more excellent features and more remarkable economic efficiency. The success of NHD processin its commercial application offers abundant productive experience for the purification of coal gas withhigh acid gas content and the retrofit of ammonium bicarbonate plants to urea plants.
