摘要
研究了谷氨酸中和液脱色除铁过程中的吸附脱色动力学,得出吸附脱色的动力学数据。测定了吸附等温线,并由此求出多级流化床吸附脱色的理论级数。根据毛细孔扩散模型,由平衡数据和动力学曲线计算了颗粒内液相有效扩散系数为1.2×10 ̄(-8)cm ̄2/s。
he adsorption decolorizing kinetics of the decolorizing and the removing iron process for the neu-tralization liquid of glutamic acid was studied and the data of adsorption decolorizing kinetics were ob-tained. The adsorption isotherm was determined and the theoretical stage number of the decoloring multistage fluidized bed column was defined. According to the capillary diffusion model,the effective diffusion coefficient was ealculated with the equilibrium data and the kinetic curve,and it equals 1.2 ×10 ̄(-8)cm ̄2/s.
