摘要
接前文此报告推定了从滇南草乌中分到的碱9—12的结构分别为8-去乙酰黄草乌碱甲(9),talatizidine(10),condelphine(11)和滇乌碱(12)。碱9为首次报告的新化合物,命名为南乌碱乙(austroconitine B)(9)。
The previous paper reported the isolation of eleven diterpenoid alkaloids from the title plant and the stemeture determination of alkaloids 1-8 . Alkaloids 9-12 were determined, in the present report, to be 8 -deacetyl vilmorrianine A(9), talatizidine(10), condelphine(11) and yunaconitiny(12). Alkaloid( 9 ) is a new compound and named as atistroconitinc B(9).
