摘要
西峡县红柱石矿石，晶体较粗，晶形完好，通过重介质旋流器的扩大试验，可以得到红柱石品位５５．４％的精矿，回收率７４．９７％。重介质选矿用磁铁矿作加重剂，粗选介质密度２．２５，精选介质密度２．５５。介质回收分粗选和精选系统，采用一粗一精两次磁选回收介质。在设计中介质密度采用自动控制。
A coneentrate of apyre 55. 4% with a rewcry of 74. 97 % can be obtained for Processing apyre ores with coarse grain and complete crystal form from Xixia county in Henan province by amplifying tests of dense medium cyclone. Magnetite is used as medium at density of seperating medium of 2. 25 for roughins and 2. 55for elcaning. The medium is recoverde by magnctic rouging and cleaning. Automatic control of the medium density can be made in design.
