资源综合利用是合理利用资源和扩大原料来源的一个极重要方面。要转变对资源的狭隘理解．自然资源是有限的，不可再生的，但社会科技进步，又可以有二次、三次，Ｎ次资源。现代社会中资源的配置应以市场为主要方式，以获得最佳的效率和效益。
Comprehensive utilization is a critical concept in making rational use of resources and expanding raw material sources. There are limits to natural resources which are unable to be regenerated but are to be returned to second, third, …, Nth order resource. In modern society, resource disposition should be suited to market so as to achieve satisfactory efficeincy and benefit.
