摘要
浏阳磷矿为含高铁铝的沉积轻变质磷块岩矿床，选矿难度较大。采用湖南化工研究院研制的新型捕收剂ＰＳ－３０，正确选择正─反浮选方案，正浮选不加碱除铁铝，初步富集磷矿石；反浮选抑制磷矿物浮选碳酸盐，从而使磷精矿Ｐ２Ｏ５达到３０．３４％，回收率７５．２７％，产品质量达到酸法加工磷肥用磷矿三类品标准。
Liuyang Phosphate Mine belongs to a slight metamorphic sedimentary deposit containing high iron and aluminium. Direct-reverse flowsheet is chosen by using collector PS30, removing iron and aluminium through direct flotation, and depressing ores and floating carbonate ores through reverse floation,thus obatning a phosphate concentrate with grade 30. 23% P2O5 and recovery 79. 26%.
