摘要
氯化钾脱水、干燥过程是影响产品质量的关键因素之一．湿钾的水分主要在吸附母液里．干燥过程中氯化镁反而会吸收母液中的水分变成自身结晶水，氯化钾、氯化钠也易吸潮增加产品水分．因而要稳定的保持氯化钾的一级品率，除ＫＣｌ含量大于９６％外，其含水率应小于０．３％．影响湿钾干燥过程的因素很多，但关键因素是烟气温度、湿钾停留时间及烟气速度．
The dewatering-drying process is one of the main factors affectiong potsssium chloride product Quality.Moisture of wet potash is mostly absorbed mother liquor.Magnesium chloride can absorbmoisture from mother liquor and change it into crgstallization water in the drying processl.Potassium and sodium chlorides are also casy to absorb water.Therefore,the moisture of potassium chloride must be lower than 0.3% while KCl>96%.The residence time of wet patsh in dryer,temperature and speed of drying gas are key factors in drying prscess.
