he successes achieved with great efforts by the France government and chemicalenterprises in implementing cleaner production and protecting the environment are explained;the pollution prevention and control technologies adopted in some inorganic chemical andpetrochemical industries,the progress in resource comprehansive utilization and waste disposaltechnologies are introduced in this paper.
