摘要
从甲苯出发经氯磺化,氨解,异氰酸酯化及异氰酸酯与2-氨基嘧啶加成等4步反应,合成了11个标题化合物,其中8个为未见文献报导的新化合物.结构经IR,1HNMR和元素分析等测试而确证.初步的生测结果表明(5a),(5c),(5d),(5i)等化合物具有很好的生物活性.
Five N'-(4,6-disubstituted pyrimidin-2-ly)-2-methylbenzenesulfonylureas and six N'-(4,5,6-trisubstitutedpyrimidin)-2-methlbenzenesulfonylureaswere synthesized.Among them eight are new compounds. The structures of tangetmolecules have been confirmed by 1H NMR,IRand elemental analysis.Their biological activites have been tested and some of them were found to exhibit a markedactivity.
