摘要
WAL-1钨丝是国产的适用于制作电真空器件的阴极材料.本文首先介绍了在电镜中阴极的对中性与电镜亮度、分辨率的关系,然后介绍了WAL-1钨丝的形貌、成分和运用,最后提出了用国产WAL-1钨丝制成长寿命电镜用直热式钨阴极的原理与方法.
Tungsten filaments WAL-1 is a domestic material which is suitable for manufacturing cathod of vacuum electronic device. This paper first introduces the relations between cathod focus and its brightness or definition in electron microscope systems. Then it presents the image, component and application of tungsten filaments WAL-1. Finally we describe the principles and methods of manufacturing longlived direct thermionic cathod suitable for electron microscope using domestic tungsten filaments WAL-1.
