摘要
研究了细胞生长过程中微载体的种类、浓度及细胞接种量对培养Px细胞的影响.以GT-3为微载体,当细胞接种量为2.0×105细胞/mL,微载体浓度为2.0mg/mL,温度为28℃时,第6天细胞密度可达1.0×106细胞/mL,为接种量的5倍,细胞生长旺盛,形态正常.
Several factors which may affect the growth of Px cell have been studied. The kind and concentration of microcarriers,cell inoculation density can influence cell growth substantially. Under the following conditions: GT-3 microcarrierconcentration, 2. 0 mg/mL ;cell inoculation density, 2. 0×105cells/mL ;and temperature 28℃,cell concentration can reach 1. 0×106 cells/mL after 6 days culture. Thehighest cell concentration is almost 5 times as high as the initial cell inoculationdensity. The cell on microcarriers were grown satisfactorily.
