摘要
本法用高效薄层色谱对乌素中的皂甙成分进行了分离,以除去非皂甙类成分的于扰,在不经显色的情况下,直接进行紫外(λman=287nm)扫描测定,从而大大降低了测定误差,且在数小时内无明显变化.此法重现性好,回收率高,结果准确,稳定,明显优于目前的其它各种分析方法.
Using high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) for separatiing non-saponins from saponin in the theasaponin,the saponin can be directlydetermined by ultra-violet (λmax=287 nm) thin layer scanning.The method is muchbetter than the others of saponin determination and very satisfactory with reproducibility, recovery, stability and accuracy.
