摘要 使用应力完全释放法测定了用两种制管工艺制造的螺旋焊管在水压试验前后残余应力的分布,分析两种螺旋焊管残余应力的分布特征和差异,认为螺旋焊管残余应力的分布是成形工艺引起的残余应力与焊接残余应力叠加的结果。成形工艺对残余应力的分布有很大影响。 The residual stress distribution in the spiral welded pipe made with two different tech-nologies has been measured using the stress-relaxation method before and after hydrostatic testing. As the pipe is cut by grinding,the results of the measurement are more accurate. The distribution of the residual stress and the influencing factors are analyzed.It is suggest-ed that the distribution of the residual stress is the superposition of the residual stressescaused by both the forming process and by welding.The difference in the residual stress dis-tribution between two kinds of pipes is studied and the effectiveness of the hydrostatic testfor the stress relief is examined.
