摘要
应用贴块法成功地进行了人动脉平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）原代培养。培养出的人ＳＭＣ呈典型的“谷”与“峰”样生长，电镜下见细胞浆内含有肌丝结构，马氏染色呈红色。经历１０个月传代培养至３５代，该细胞生长未见异常改变。文内还讨论了人主动脉ＳＭＣ体外培养应注意的问题。
The primary culture of human arterialsmooth cells(SMC)was performed successfully usingthe primary-explant method.The cells formed“hillsand valleys”characteristic of SMC:the myofilamentbundles were observed in the cytoplasm of the cells under an electron microscope and the cells were stained red with Ma’s method.The growing character of35th passage SMC kept unchanged.In addition,some problems concerning the culture of human arteri- al smooth muscle cells are discussed.
