摘要
采用转篮法和紫外分光光度法对国产二个厂家生产的五个批号的羟氨苄青霉素胶囊进行了体外溶出度考察，并对Ｔ（５０）、Ｔｄ、ｍ等参数进行了方差分析，结果表明不同厂家的产品溶出度有显著差异，同一厂家不同批号的产品也有显著性差异。
The vitro dissolution of Amoxicillini Capsule of 5 batches from 2 different domestic pharmaceutical factories was determined by rotating basket and UV spectrophotometry.Varince of T50,Td,m were also analyzed.The results showed that there are significant differences in dissolution between the products from different factories and those from the same factory in different batches.
