摘要
颞颌关节成形术中植入Ｇｙ－１３１型硅橡胶关节衬垫，治疗颞颌关节强直７１例８３侧，随访１～１０年，有随访结果的３６例，复发３例，复发率８．３％。临床应用证明硅橡胶是一种较好的非生物性关节衬垫材料，生物相容性较好，术后无不良反应，其物理性能适应关节功能的需要，操作简便，材料价廉易得，不在患者身上切取移植组织，易为患者接受。本文还着重讨论了临床应用中注意的问题。
Abstract tempromandibular joints of 71 cases with ankylosis were treated by arthroplasty with implant of GY-131silicon rubber. Thirty-six cases were available for follow-up for a period of 1～10 years. Thiriy-three of them were successful,only three reankylosis. The recurrence rate was 8.3%,The authors think that silicon implants is a kind of non-biological materials with good biocompatibility for TMJ arthroplasty in selected individuls, The surgical technique is simple without second oporation field.Some important clinical application problems were detailed in the report.
