摘要
对30只SD雌性大鼠连续性标记氚-四环素(3H-Tc),于双侧卵巢切除术后3月,采用标准液体闪烁技术测定下颌骨和股骨吸收程度并进行比较。结果表明:1.实验组大鼠下颌骨和股骨骨吸收分别比对照组高19.5%和28.8%,提示雌激素低下导致了有牙下颌骨和股骨吸收可能增加,骨的绝对量减少。2.实验组大鼠下颌骨骨量丧失与股骨之间呈显著直线相关关系,骨质疏松的主要表现之一是骨量丧失,由此可见骨质疏松症与下颌骨吸收有一定联系。3.股骨骨量丧失大于下颌骨,笔者认为可能源于同位素示踪法的局限性和实验对象为大鼠有牙下颌骨。
Abstract The absorption degree of female rat's mandible and femur was determined by using standard scintillation techniques for  ̄3H-Tc method at 3-month after bilateral ovariectomy. The results were as follows:1.The mandible and femur reabsorption in the experimental group were 19.5%,28.8% greater than that in the control group.It indicated that the volume decrease of the mandible with teeth and femur were caused by estrogen insufficiency,and the osteoclastic increase may be the main reason.2.There were correlative between the volume decrease of the mandible and femur in the experimental obviously.3.The volume decrease of the femur was more than mandible.It may be caused in that there were some limitations about the method,and subjects were the mandibule with teeth.
