摘要
杉木枯梢病是一种新的危害性较大的苗期病害。该研究对受侵杉苗病组织进行分离、培养、纯化及接种和比较致病性试验，根据病原菌形态特征和致病性测定结果，鉴定其病菌是甘蔗二极霉（Ｂｉｐｏｌａｒｉｓｓａｃｃｈａｒｉ（Ｅ．Ｂｕｔｈｅｒ）Ｓｈｏｅｍ），这是国内外该菌在杉科植物上的首次报道。
A new fungal disease of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia laceulata) was discovered recently inzhaoqing,Guangdong.After following Koch’s postulate and comparative inoculationtest,the pathogen was identified as Bipolaris sacchari(E. Buther)Shoem. Detaileddescriptions of the pathogen and the symptom of the disease are given in this paper.
