摘要
技术进步在经济增长中的含量,反映了经济增长的质量状况.准确、科学地测算技术进步对经济增长的作用是一个复杂的问题,不仅描述生产活动中投入量与产出量之间技术关系的生产函数模式多种多样,模型参数的估算方法也不尽一致.本文采用数学形式简单、经济含义清晰、假设条件比较合理的Solow增长速度方程,通过余值法测算了1984~1992年深圳市南山区技术进步对工业产出增长速度的贡献率.计算结果得到当地有关专家的认可.对于模型中资本和劳动的产出弹性α和β,本文采用回归分析法的估计值与国家计委和国家统计局〈通知〉中提出的“经验+修正”值基本一致。说明模型的运用和参数的估计都是恰当的.
The component of technical progress in economic growth reflects the qualityof economic growth. Because of varied production functions aam model parameters estimate methods it is a complex problem to calculate the action of technical progress ineconomic growth accurately and scientifically. This paperfcalculates\the contribution rateof technical progress in industrial growth of Nanshan region ni1984-1992;by using theSolow growth velocity equation which has simple matheanied formlGlear economicmeaning and reasonable hypothesis conditions.
