摘要
介绍在石油催化剂成型机上用研制开发的智能压力仪实现的数字化压力测控技术。着重讨论分析以单片微电脑为核心、硬件软件相结合的测控方案,关键设计技术,测控差值判据方法以及对提高成型机总体性能的显著作用。
This article presents the digitized pressure measurement technique for the new developed intelligence Pressure Meter used in petroleum catalyst moulder, mainly discusses the microprocessor-based measurement scheme combined with hardware and software, key technique for design,subtractive criterion for measurement as well as significant role in advancing the general quality of catalyst moulder.
