摘要
经扫描电镜观察丽江新团黑谷(N)、西南175(X)和矮脚糯(E)3个抗寒性不同的品种叶表皮的结构,结果表明:N的上、下表皮气孔均小,长毛多,硅化细胞分布密;而E的上、下表皮气孔较大,长毛少,硅化细胞分布稀;X上、下表皮气孔大小、长毛多少和硅化细胞分布稀密界于N和E之间。气孔大小与抗寒性成反相关。低温处理后3个品种在小孢子形成和发育的过程中均出现不同程度的异常现象,结果导致花粉和花药的败育。败育的小花成熟时常见只有2~4个花药或完全没有花药。花药白色,瘦瘪而短小,其内没有或很少有成熟花粉粒。低温处理后,3个品种小孢子的异常率以及花粉和花药的败育率都以E品种最高,X品种次之,N品种最低。
The ultrastructure of leaf epidermis of N, X and E, the three rice breeds, indicates that the stoma of the leaf epidermis of N is small, E is big,X is between N and E. The density of epidermal hair and sillica cell on the leaves of N,X and E is different. The highest density is in N, the lowest is in E,and that of X is between N and E.The size of toma is inversely correlated with cold resistance.During the process of formation and development of microspore, different degree of abnormal phenomena were caused by cold treatment at the young microspore stage.It resulted in pollen abortion. At the mature pollen stage,only 2~4 anthers or no anthers were observed in one flower.These anthers are generally white, thin and short, there is no or little mature pollen in them. The abnormal rate of formation and development of microspore pollen and anther abortion are highest in E, next in X,lowest in N.
