摘要
本文着重介绍了研制全自动电量热器法制冷压缩机性能试验台过程中,在提高试验台的测量精度方面所进行的深入研究,对试验台的制冷系统和设备提出了新的设计计算方法,并介绍了在自动控制上采用的新技术和模糊控制理论的应用.建成的试验台工况稳定,测试速度快,测量精度在1.5%以内.
This paper introduces the research on how to improve the measuring accuracy of 'sting the thermal performance of refrigerant compressor. Some new design methods which have been adopted for the refrigerant system and apparatus are presental and the application of new technique and fop control theory in the development of a fully automatic calorimeter is described. The experimental device built accordinglyhas the feature of stabilizing quickly the working condition of the tested compressor and its measuring accuracy is within 1.5%.
