摘要
应用于工业自动控制中的可编程控制器，凡是能够进行ＰＩＤ算法运算的．目前几乎全部是用硬件方法实现，这样就大大提高了控制系统的成本．本文提出了用软件代替硬件实现ＰＩＤ算法的方法，可有效地降低成本．并且在可编程控制器与上位机进行联网通讯时，读写数据更加方便。
At present,all the progtammable controllers used in industrial automatic control perform PIDalgorithm based on hardware,which is a built-in printed circuit board with PID function .and increthe cost of control System greatly. This peper recommend a method of using software instead of hardware to perform PID algoritm in programmable controller. This method decreases the cost of controlsystem effectively. When programmable controller is used as slave station and connected to the hostcomputer of master station for data communication,the data reading and writing will be easier.
