摘要
试验结果表明,小麦播前种子处理(拌种,闷种或浸种),对小麦苗期生长的生物学效应:一是降低麦苗生长速度,控制苗高;二是促进麦苗分蘖,增加年前分蘖数;此外,还可提高叶片叶绿素含量及光合效率,降低地上部呼吸强度,增加干物质积累,提高麦苗素质与抗寒性,收到增穗增产的效果。
Uniconazole (S-07 or S-3307),a triazole derivative, is a kind of plant regulators.The biological efficacy of wheat seed dressed with the agent was studied in pot culture and field experiment. The results showed that the wheat seedling growth was not inhibited although the growth rate decreased. So, uniconazole is not a plant growth inhibitor, but only a plant growth retardant. The biological efficacy of the agent has shown a strong retarding activity in controlling wheat seedling growth and promoting tillerihg, especially tilllering before next year. Uniconazole can also raise the chlorophyll content of leaf and photosynthetic efficiency, heighten the cold resistance and improve the properties of seedlings, thereby increase ear numbers per plant and yield of wheat.
