摘要
为了消除激光水下目标探测中后向散射包络,压缩接收信号的动态范围,对后向散射的特性进了分析和模拟,证明了光电倍增管增益控制方法自适应实现的必要性,并就其物理实现作了探讨。
In a signal received in the laser underwater target detecting system,the uselessbackscatter envelope is much stronger than the useful target-reflected pulse,which makessignal recording and processing very difficult. For this reason ,methods have to be found toeliminate the useless backscatter envelope and to compress the dynamic range of the signal.The characteristics of the backscatter envelope under different conditions have been analyzedand simulated.It has been proved that the photomultiplier gain control method with the pa-rameters adaptively adjusted can effectively eliminate the backscatter envelope. The realiza-tion of the method is discussed.
